Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site, in addition to the data shown in the comments form, we also collect the visitor's IP address and browser information which helps detect unwanted comments.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be sent to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service's privacy policy can be found at https://automattic.com/privacy/. After your comment is approved, your profile image will be displayed to the public along with your comment.

Environments

If you upload images to your site, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Site visitors can download images from the site and find the location information within them.
